If a buddy of yours runs their own field-services or industrial company, you can share your team's Refer a buddy link with them. When they sign up and later upgrade their own workspace to Pro, your team earns $5 USD off your next bill. If you're on Free, the $5 turns into 30 days of Pro on the house.
Where to find the page
Open your Sales Hub, then click Refer in the sub-nav (or the “Refer a buddy” link in the workspace switcher). Every accepted member of your workspace can see and share the link, not just owners.
Your personalised link
The link on this page is tagged with your user ID, so the leaderboard knows who brought every signup in. Each teammate sees a different URL, even though it points at the same workspace credit. Copy yours and share — text, email, LinkedIn DM, whatever your buddy actually reads.
What actually counts
- Counts — a buddy who isn't already on CrewFinder, clicks your link, signs up, and later upgrades their own workspace to Pro. The $5 lands on your next invoice as a credit (or extends your trial if you're on Free).
- Doesn't count — someone who's already a CrewFinder user. First-touch attribution only.
- Doesn't count — sharing your link with your own existing customers. The referral program is for new operators joining CrewFinder, not a discount on your own subscription.
The team leaderboard
The leaderboard on the page ranks teammates by Pro conversions, then by signups, then alphabetically. Visible to everyone on the team. Your row is highlighted so it's easy to spot. Treat it as a recognition surface — the person at the top is bringing in real revenue for the workspace.
Where credits show up
Earned credits show on the Refer page in the leaderboard column, and on the billing page (Settings → Billing) under “Referral credits.” On a paid Pro plan, applied credits drop the next invoice. On Free, they convert to a 30-day Pro trial extension automatically.
