CrewFinder is a searchable directory of contractors and service providers in the construction, oil & gas, and industrial field services industries. Our service:

• Provides a searchable database of company listings by trade, location, and service type
• Displays publicly available business information
• Enables companies to claim and manage their listings
• Offers map-based search functionality

We are a directory and search platform. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any listed companies.

Public Data Sources

CrewFinder compiles business information from publicly available sources including but not limited to: government business registries, industry association directories, company websites, press releases, and public filings. This information consists of factual business data such as company names, addresses, phone numbers, and services offered.

Factual information is not subject to copyright protection. Our compilation and organisation of this data constitutes our original work product.

If you represent a company listed in our directory and wish to update or remove your listing, please visit our listing removal page or contact listings@crewfinder.info.

Listing Terms

Submitting a Listing

By submitting a company listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorised to submit information on behalf of the company
• The information provided is accurate and complete
• The company is a legitimate business entity
• You have the right to share the contact information provided

Prohibited Listings

Listings may not contain:

• False, misleading, or deceptive information
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Spam, advertisements, or promotional content unrelated to the company's services

Listing Removal

We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We may also remove inactive or unclaimed listings periodically.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The directory is provided "as is" for general informational purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Accuracy, completeness, or currency of listing information
• Quality, reliability, or competence of listed companies
• Availability or uninterrupted access to the site
• Suitability of any listed company for any particular purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewFinder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the website
• Reliance on any listing information or company profiles
• Any transaction or relationship between you and a listed company
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in listings
• Actions or conduct of any listed company or third party

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrewFinder, Aimsio Inc., and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your listing submissions, or your violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Our content: The CrewFinder website, design, and original content are owned by Aimsio Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Your content: By submitting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute the listing information on our platform.

Trademarks: CrewFinder and related marks are trademarks of Aimsio Inc. Company names and logos in listings remain the property of their respective owners.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated systems to scrape or harvest directory data
• Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security
• Impersonate another person or company
• Use directory data for unsolicited marketing or spam
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

Third-Party Links and Services

Listings may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of linked sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

Our site uses third-party services including Mapbox for maps and Vercel for hosting. Your use of these features is subject to their respective terms of service.

Dispute Resolution

Between you and listed companies: Any disputes arising from your engagement with a listed company are solely between you and that company. CrewFinder is not a party to any such transaction or dispute.

Regarding listings: If you believe a listing contains inaccurate information about your company, please contact us at listings@crewfinder.info with documentation supporting your claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
