Our Mission
We make it easier for operators and general contractors to find qualified subcontractors in heavy construction, oil & gas, and industrial field services — and easier for those subcontractors to run the sales side of their own shop.
The field services industry runs on relationships, but finding new partners — especially in unfamiliar regions — has always been a challenge. Word-of-mouth only goes so far. Outdated directories and scattered spreadsheets don't cut it.
CrewFinder brings the industry online — both sides of the handshake.

Why is it free?
CrewFinder started as a free directory because the industry needed one. The directory is and always will be free — search, claim, list, post jobs, receive inquiries. No premium tier on the directory itself, no pay-to-rank, no fees of any kind.
We added Project Signals — a live feed of upcoming tenders, permits, and operator capex announcements — and CrewFinder Sales, a real CRM built for field services teams. Both are free with every claimed listing: signals to find the work, the CRM to run it.
Pro($5 per user per month, with a 30-day free trial) is opt-in for teams that want Outlook or Gmail integration, or that work with more than 500 active contacts a month. That's how this stays sustainable — Pro from teams that have outgrown the free tier funds the free directory and free CRM for everyone else.
