The workspace activity feed

What the Activity tab shows, how to filter it, and how it differs from the timeline on a deal or contact.

The Activity tab is the workspace-wide feed — every note, call, meeting, task, file, email, and stage change across every deal, contact, and company in your workspace, in one ordered list. Use it to keep up with the team without opening every record.

Activity tab vs. timeline on a record

  • On a deal / contact / company — the middle column timeline shows only activities tied to that record.
  • On the Activity tab — everything in the workspace, sorted newest first. Pinned items float to the top.

Filters

The chip row at the top filters the feed.

  • Time range — Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, All time. Default is All time.
  • Type — Notes, Calls, Meetings, Tasks, Files, Emails, Stage changes. Multi-select.
  • Owner — yourself, a teammate, or everyone. Multi-select. Default is everyone.

Working from the feed

  • Click any row to jump to the parent record (deal, contact, or company).
  • Pin from the row's overflow menu to surface a critical note at the top of the feed and on the parent record. Pinning is workspace-wide.
  • Load older at the bottom paginates back through history.

Use it as a daily standup

First thing in the morning, set the time range to Yesterday + Owner = Everyone. You'll see exactly what your team did the day before — much faster than asking around.
