Every CrewFinder member that has claimed a listing gets the free Sales Hub forever. A paid Pro plan layers a few extras on top. Here's the difference, in plain English.
What's free forever
- Unlimited jobs you're chasing (deals) on your sales board
- Unlimited companies
- Unlimited quotes — both built quotes and uploaded PDFs
- Unlimited tasks, notes, calls, and meetings logged against any record
- Up to 500 active contacts at any one time (more on “active” below)
- Customisable sales board stages
- Custom fields on contacts, companies, and deals
- Tax rate presets for Canada and Australia
- Customer-facing quote pages with accept / decline + audit certificate
- Your whole team — there's no per-seat charge on the free plan
What Pro adds
- Unlimited active contacts — the 500 cap goes away.
- Email integration — connect your Gmail or Outlook so emails to and from a contact land automatically on their record. Send email straight from inside the Sales Hub with attachments and a saved signature.
- Everything else from the free plan, unchanged.
What does “active contact” mean?
On the free plan you can store as many contacts as you want — but only 500 of them can be “active” at a time. A contact is counted as active when something has happened on their record in the past 30 days: a logged note, a call, a meeting, a sent email, a quote, or them being on an open deal.
Contacts you haven't touched in 30 days slide out of the count automatically. Nothing is deleted — they're still there if you search for them, and any new activity pulls them back in.
What happens at the cap
When you hit 500 active contacts, you can still browse and search every contact you have. Any contact above the cap will be shown with a small lock icon, and the detail page will show a friendly upgrade prompt. Adding new contacts still works — but to open one of the locked older ones again, you'll need to either bulk-archive a few or upgrade to Pro.
The 30-day Pro trial
Every brand-new workspace starts on a 30-day trial that gives you full Pro features — unlimited contacts and email integration — with no card on file. We don't ask for payment details up front; you only pay if you decide to upgrade after the trial.
- Days 1–30: full Pro access. Connect your mailbox, run the integration, see how it fits.
- Days 31–37: a 7-day grace window. Email integration keeps working but you'll see a friendly amber banner reminding you the trial is over.
- Day 38 onwards: you drop to the free plan. Email connections are paused (we keep your mailbox link safely on file — one click reactivates them when you upgrade).
How much is Pro?
Pro is $5 USD per user per month, billed monthly. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Canadian and Australian customers will see the equivalent amount on their card statement at the day's exchange rate. You only pay for users who actually have CRM access — toggle a teammate's CRM access off and they don't count toward the bill.
Refer a friend, get free Pro
Every workspace owner you refer who upgrades to Pro earns you free Pro time. See your Refer tab in the manage menu for your personal share link. Free for them, free credit for you.
