What Does the "Verified" Badge Mean?

The Verified badge appears on company profiles that have been claimed and verified by an authorised representative. It tells operators that a real person at the company has taken ownership of the listing and confirmed the information is accurate.

What verification confirms

• A real person at the company has claimed the listing
• Their identity has been verified (via domain-matching email or manual review)
• The company information is actively maintained by someone with authority to manage it

How to get verified

You get the Verified badge automatically when you successfully claim your company profile. There are two verification paths:

• Instant verification: if you sign in with an email that matches your company's website domain (e.g., @acmeconstruction.com), you're verified immediately
• Manual verification: if your email doesn't match the domain, your claim is reviewed by our team within 24–48 hours
