A company logo makes your listing instantly recognisable in search results and on your profile page. Here's how to add one.
Uploading your logo
Go to your dashboard
Sign in and navigate to your manage dashboard.
Open the Profile tab
The dashboard has tabs across the top β click Profile.
Scroll to Company Information
It's the first section on the page. You can also click “Company Info” in the pill-bar at the top of the Profile tab to jump there.
Upload your logo
Click the logo upload area and select your image file. PNG, JPG, and SVG are all supported.
Save
Click Save. Your logo will appear on your profile and in search results immediately.
Logo guidelines
- Use a square or roughly square image for best results
- Minimum recommended size: 200Γ200 pixels
- PNG with a transparent background works best
- Keep the file size reasonable; under 2 MB is ideal
- Use your official company logo, not a personal photo
Where your logo appears
- Search result cards
- Your public company profile page
- Job postings associated with your company
- Client reference sections on other companies' profiles (if they list you as a client)
No logo yet?
If you don't have a logo file handy, your listing will display a default placeholder. It still works fine, but adding a real logo significantly improves click-through rates from search results.
Adding project photos (the Gallery section)
Separate from your logo, there's a dedicated Gallery section on the Profile tab for project photos β crews on site, completed work, equipment in action. Photos display as a tile grid on your public profile. For a full walkthrough, see Testimonials, Clients, and Your Project Gallery.
