Keeping your contact information accurate is one of the most important things you can do on CrewFinder. If an operator tries to reach you and the number is disconnected or the email bounces, you've lost that opportunity.
What you can update
- Company name: your official business name
- Description: your company summary β aim for 200+ characters, it's a ranking factor
- Phone number: your main business line
- Email: the contact email shown on your public profile
- Website: your company website URL
- Social links: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X
- Year established: when your company was founded
- Logo: your company logo (upload from the same section)
How to update your info
Sign in and open your dashboard
Visit your company profile and click the “Manage” button in the top-right. You can also go directly to crewfinder.info/manage/your-company-slug.
Click the Profile tab
The dashboard nav has tabs across the top. Click <strong>Profile</strong> (full URL: <code>/manage/your-company/profile</code>).
Scroll to Company Information
It's the first section on the page. You can also jump there using the “Company Info” link in the white pill-bar at the top of the Profile tab.
Edit your details
Update any fields that need changing. All fields are editable, and you can also upload or replace your logo here.
Save
Click Save at the bottom of the section. Your changes are live on your public profile immediately β use the “Preview Public Listing β” button (top-right of the Profile tab) to double-check how it looks.
Contact email vs. sign-in email
The contact email on your profile (what operators see) is separate from the email you use to sign in. Changing your public contact email does not affect your sign-in credentials.
Updating your locations
To update your office addresses or service areas, scroll down to the Locations section on the same Profile tab (or use the pill-bar to jump). Each location has its own address, headquarters flag, service radius, and optional 24/7 dispatch toggle. See Managing Your Locations and Service Areas for the full walkthrough.
