Your Sales Hub is built for a team. There's no per-seat charge on the free plan — invite your whole sales crew if you want. On Pro, you only pay for users who actually have CRM access.
Where to invite people
Open the manage menu for your company (the orange building icon top-right when signed in), then click Settings → Team. The full path is /manage/your-company/settings/team.
How to add someone
Open Settings → Team
From your manage page, click the Settings tab, then Team in the sub-nav.
Type their email and pick a role
The role decides how much administrative power they get (Owner / Admin / Member — see below). The two checkboxes next to the role decide which products they can see (Profile, CRM, or both).
Click Invite
They get an email with a sign-in link. They sign in with their own Google or Microsoft account, or with a magic link to their own email. No shared passwords.
Sales rep? CRM only
If a teammate is purely a salesperson and shouldn't be editing your public listing, give them Member role with CRM only access. They'll see the Sales Hub but not the Profile editor.
The two access checkboxes: Profile and CRM
Each teammate row has two checkboxes that control which side of CrewFinder they can see. They're independent of role.
- Profile — your public CrewFinder listing. Editing the description, services, locations, gallery, posting jobs, reading inquiries, the Promote tab.
- CRM — the Sales Hub. Deals, contacts, companies, estimates, tasks.
At least one box must stay checked or they'd have nothing to do. You can flip them at any time and changes save instantly.
The three role tiers: Owner, Admin, Member
The role dropdown controls how much administrative power someone has. Higher roles include everything lower roles can do.
- Owner — full access including billing, transferring ownership, and deleting the listing. Owners are the verified account holder(s) for the company. To add another Owner, ask them to claim the listing themselves; the role isn't granted from the Team page.
- Admin — can manage settings (tax rates, sales board stages, custom fields) and invite teammates. Cannot manage billing or delete the listing.
- Member — uses the surfaces they've been given. Cannot change settings or invite teammates.
Common setups
- Sales rep — Member, CRM only. Works the pipeline, doesn't touch the listing.
- Estimator — Member, CRM only. Builds and sends quotes.
- Marketing manager — Member, Profile only. Keeps the listing fresh, doesn't see the CRM.
- Operations admin — Admin, Profile + CRM. Runs the workspace, configures tax rates and stages, invites teammates.
- Co-founder / GM — Owner. Has everything.
Removing someone
Click Remove on their row in the Team page. Their authored deals, contacts, notes, and quotes stay in your workspace — only their access goes. If they were the owner of an open deal, you can reassign it from the deal detail page.
On Pro: who counts toward the bill
Pro is $5 USD per user per month. Only teammates who've accepted their invite AND have CRM access checked count toward the per-seat bill. Profile-only teammates and pending invites don't. Toggle a teammate's CRM checkbox off and they immediately stop counting.
