If you've claimed your CrewFinder listing, your Sales Hub is already waiting for you — it gets created automatically the first time you open it.
How to open it
Sign in to CrewFinder
Use the same email you used to claim your listing.
Click the orange Sales button in the top nav
On a phone, tap the Sales tab in the bottom bar instead. You can also go straight to crewfinder.info/sales.
You're in
First time only, we drop you on your sales board with a default set of stages. Everything else is empty until you start adding things.
Manage two companies?
If you've claimed more than one listing, the top-right account menu has a workspace switcher. The first time you click Sales, we send you to whichever workspace you've worked in most recently.
The six tabs across the top
- Deals — your sales board (also called a pipeline). Each card is a job you're chasing. Drag cards between stages as the job moves forward.
- Estimates — every quote you've created, sent, or had accepted, in one list.
- Tasks — your to-do list. Defaults to “Mine” so you only see your own follow-ups.
- Contacts — every person you talk to. People, not companies.
- Companies — every business you talk to. Multiple contacts can sit under one company.
- Activity — a recent feed of everything happening across the workspace, useful when you have teammates.
On the right of the same nav bar there's a Settings link (for tax rates, sales board stages, custom fields, and the email connection). On the free plan you'll also see a small counter pill showing how many of your 500 active contacts are in use.
Three things worth doing on day one
Tweak your sales board stages
The default stages are New lead → Qualified → Quoted → Won → Lost. If your business uses different language (e.g. “Site walk booked”, “Awaiting PO”), rename or add stages now. See Customising your sales board.
Add a few real customers
Punch in two or three companies and contacts you're actually working with so the place doesn't feel empty. You can add them one at a time or upload a CSV. See Adding contacts.
Create your first deal
Pick one job you're currently chasing and create a deal for it — name, value, the customer, what stage it's at. This is the muscle memory you'll use forever after. See Creating a deal.
On a phone? Use the bottom bar
The Sales Hub is fully phone-friendly. The bottom nav has Sales as a one-tap shortcut, lists collapse to cards, and forms use full-size inputs that don't trigger zoom. You can run a whole pipeline from your truck.
Where it lives
Bookmarkable URL is crewfinder.info/sales/your-company-slug. The slug is the same one in your public profile URL.
