Safety certifications are one of the first things operators check when evaluating subcontractors. Adding them to your CrewFinder profile builds trust and helps you show up in filtered searches.
Supported certifications
CrewFinder supports the most common field services safety and compliance programmes:
- ISNetworld (ISN): contractor management and safety compliance
- COR / SECOR: Certificate of Recognition, the Canadian occupational health and safety standard
- OSHA: U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration compliance
- Avetta: supply chain risk management and contractor prequalification
- ComplyWorks: compliance and safety management
- Custom certifications: any other industry, provincial, or state certifications you hold
How to add certifications
Go to your dashboard
Sign in and open your manage dashboard.
Click the Profile tab
Then scroll down to the Credentials section, or click “Credentials” in the pill-bar at the top of the Profile tab to jump there.
Toggle your certifications
Switch on the certifications your company holds. For standard certifications like ISN or COR, just toggle them on.
Add custom certifications
For certifications not in the standard list, use the “Add Custom Certification” option. Enter the name and any relevant details.
Save
Click Save in the Credentials section. Your certifications will appear as badges on your public profile immediately.
How certifications appear on your profile
Certifications show up as badges on your public company profile. Operators browsing your listing can see at a glance that you meet their safety requirements, which is often a prerequisite before they'll even reach out.
Operators filter by certification
Many operators use certification filters when searching for subcontractors. If you hold ISN or COR but haven't added them to your profile, you're invisible to those filtered searches.
Keeping certifications current
If a certification expires or you earn a new one, update your profile promptly. An outdated certification list can raise questions about your compliance status.
