It happens. Maybe you clicked the wrong listing in search results, or there are two companies with similar names. Here's how to fix it.
What to do
Email support@crewfinder.info and include:
- The name (or URL) of the company you claimed by mistake
- The name (or URL) of the company you actually meant to claim
- The email address you used to sign in
Our team will release the incorrect claim and help you claim the right listing. This typically takes 1β2 business days.
What happens to the wrong listing
When we release your claim, the listing goes back to its unclaimed state. No data is lost; the company's information stays as it was. If the rightful owner wants to claim it later, they can.
Preventing this in the future
- Double-check the company name and address on the profile page before clicking "Claim this listing"
- If there are multiple listings with similar names, look at the location and other details to confirm you've got the right one
- If your company isn't listed at all, create a new listing instead of claiming an existing one
No harm done
