CrewFinder is built for the field services and heavy construction industry. You can post any legitimate job opening related to these sectors.
Employment types
When creating a posting, you'll choose an employment type:
- Full-time: permanent, ongoing positions
- Contract: project-based or fixed-term work
- Seasonal: positions tied to seasonal demand (e.g., pipeline construction season, turnaround schedules)
- Part-time: positions with reduced hours
Work arrangements
You can flag specific work arrangements on your posting:
- Fly-in/fly-out (FIFO): common for remote job sites in mining, oil & gas, and northern construction
- Remote: for positions that can be done from home or a remote office
- Rotation schedules: specify the rotation (e.g., 14 days on / 7 days off, 21/7, Monday–Friday)
