Port of Tucson is a full service inland port, rail yard and intermodal facility located in Tucson, AZ, 70 miles north of the US/Mexico border crossing on I-19. The facility is located adjacent to the Union Pacific and I-10, linking California and Texas. Our total facility consists of 767 acres with 50’000 feet of rail track, 1.7 million sf of industrial freezer, cold storage, manufacturing/distribution buildings with zoning approved for an add. 5 million sf. We are a federally designated, activated Foreign Trade Zone as well as a State of Arizona Enterprise Zone, both of which provide certain duty or tax benefits for employers within the zone. Port of Tucson is a neutral transportation facility with the main purpose to connect people and companies with opportunities and markets. Our goal is for everybody to win, including the environment.
