Pan-Oceanic Engineering Co., Inc., formed in 1998, has been an Illinois Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantage Businesses Enterprise (MBE) certified by the City of Chicago, Capital Development Board - State of Illinois, METRA, Illinois Departments of Transportation, and other Illinois government agencies. It has been a successful union affiliated general contractor and is actively engaged in all types of Civil, and Site related work. In addition to being a pre-qualified General Contractor, Pan-Oceanic also specializes in self-performing areas such as under-ground utilities, streetscapes, artificial turf soccer field construction, excavation and grading, pavement demolition, concrete and asphalt paving, fence and bridge work, aggregate base and erosion control.
