Bucher, Willis and Ratliff Corp. (BWR) and H.W. Lochner, Inc. (Lochner) have merged (effective November 15, 2010) and will operate as one entity under the Lochner name. Lochner remains headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, with BWR offices functioning as Lochner regional offices. The firm employs over 560 civil and structural engineers, urban planners, environmental scientists, architects, design technicians and support specialists. The goal is to provide value and innovative solutions to clients’ problems.
